Summary

DS-Online & the app version DS-Live, allows users to interact with 3D virtual models. Real-estate agents can present buildings in 360 degrees 3D, exploring buildings, exteriors, and floor plans. Buyers will get to understand and appreciate the space and layout, and the available options in an immersive and impressionable way.

My responsibilities as a Senior 3D artist involved:

• Creating highlighy optimised 3D architectural models such as apartment buildings, townhouses, that are suitable for WebGL renderers

• Includes 3D modelling, Texturing, Materials and drawcall optimisations

• Convert archirectural source files such as Revit, .IFC, and Sketchup for use in real time rendering engines

• Uplift and modernise 3D production pipeline using modern techniques

  • Reduce bottlenecks and increase overall productivity

  • Define, document, and standardised 3D production pipline

  • Introduce PBR workflow and values guidelines

  • Improve look and feel of product

• Increased the number of concurrent projects worked on at given time by setting up outsourcing pipeline. Recruited, trained, and managed outsourcing studios to deliver high quality 3D assets,
